Refund Policy

 Returns:


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you no longer have the receipt, please email us with your order # and we will be happy to assist you. 

You can contact us at support@gadgetsonline.co for our shipping addresses. This will vary based on the location you are sending from. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as they may return back to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you want to cancel within 6 hours of your order we will refund you in full. After 6 hours our normal return rules will apply. We Guarantee that we can get you a fully functioning item you ordered or your money back! Simply provide us with video proof for a working replacement. (Please note that some things are out of our control. Some packages may be damaged in transit and our hassle free replacement policy only requires a video proof for a replacement with no shipping required).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please do not fear though, we reject on average less than 1 out of every 100 refund requests -- Our customers are our first priority. Once a refund is issued, you should see the funds within 3-5 business days. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where none or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use 
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
  • Change of mind (after 12 hour cancellation window)
  • Items damaged in transit (We replace items if they are damaged in transit)


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an agreed refund yet, (after 1-3 business days of issuance), and you have confirmed in your bank account details that a charge was not returned -- please contact us immediately so we may resolve it at support@gadgetsonline.co.

Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)

We typically do not offer refunds on Items sold through a clearance or discount sale. Please contact us if you believe you should receive a refund for a product and we will do our best to resolve it with you. This does not include changes of mind. 

Exchanges (damaged or faulty goods)

If you received an item that is damaged in transit or faulty we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at support@gadgetsonline.co and we will get back to you with instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be given to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return a product please email our support team at support@gadgetsonline.co for instructions and a return address.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs & bumps are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
